Responsive Employment Services (RES) is a part of MARC, and only offers Supported Employment in the greater Madison area. RES is the largest MARC supported employment provider by far.
Supported Employment may include a functional assessment, job development, job placement,
job coaching, and job, social and travel skill training services.
Work location, hours, rate of pay, any fringe benefits, and pay schedule
are flexible to suit the job, and the community employer. Many people have discovered success in supported employment. Community employers are very open and supportive of people with developmental disabilities. Dane County is recognized nationally as a leader in supported employment. Many Dane County employers have won awards for their achievements in supported employment.
